Terms of Service

1) Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Wealth Nation's Services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Who We Are

Wealth Nation provides financial education, community programs, and structured guidance. We are not a bank, broker-dealer, custodian, or investment exchange. We do not take custody of your funds or execute trades on your behalf.

3) Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use paid Services. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Services only with a parent or guardian where required.

4) Services Overview

Services may include:

• Community membership (groups, clinics, learning sessions)
• Digital resources (templates, checklists, trackers, guides)
• Consultations (one-off sessions)
• Advisory programs (structured reviews, periodic check-ins)
• Events, webinars, and cohort-based learning

We may add, remove, or modify features at any time.

5) No Professional Advice Relationship

Wealth Nation content is for education and general guidance. Nothing we provide should be treated as:

• Personalized investment advice
• Legal advice
• Tax advice
• Accounting advice

If you need those services, consult licensed professionals.

6) Financial Risk Acknowledgement

Investing involves risk, including loss of capital. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. You are responsible for your decisions and outcomes.

7) Accounts and Community Access

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials and access links secure
• All activity performed under your account
• Ensuring the information you provide is accurate

We may suspend or terminate access if we suspect unauthorized use or policy violations.

8) Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

9) Refund Policy

Refund rules depend on the service type, since digital resources and time-based services are delivered differently. Unless otherwise stated at purchase:

• Digital products/resources: generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed
• Consultations: refundable only if cancelled before 24 hours of the session time; otherwise non-refundable
• Cohorts/events: refundable only up to 2 days before the start date; after that, credits may apply at our discretion
• Subscriptions: generally non-refundable for the current billing period once it begins

We may issue refunds or credits in exceptional cases, at our discretion.

10) Scheduling, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

• Reschedules must be requested at least 12 hours before the session
• Late arrivals may reduce session time
• No-shows may be treated as delivered sessions and may not be refunded

11) Intellectual Property

All content, templates, frameworks, videos, and materials provided by Wealth Nation are owned by Wealth Nation or licensed to us. You may use them for personal use. You may not:

• Re-sell, distribute, or publicly share paid materials
• Copy or adapt the materials for commercial training without written permission
• Remove branding or copyright notices

12) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against others
• Share private member information without consent
• Post scams, misleading claims, or unauthorized promotions
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our systems
• Share pirated content or infringe intellectual property

13) Community Conduct

Wealth Nation aims for a respectful, learning-focused environment. We may remove content or suspend members for:

• Repeated toxicity or harassment
• Spamming or unsolicited selling
• Sharing misinformation presented as guaranteed financial outcomes
• Violating privacy, confidentiality, or these Terms

14) Third-Party Links and Tools

We may link to third-party sites, tools, or services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies. Use them at your own risk.

15) Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:

• Specific financial results
• Continuous availability without interruptions
• That content is error-free or complete in all contexts

16) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Wealth Nation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any losses arising from:

• Your investment decisions
• Market movements
• Reliance on general education content
• Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service in the last 12 months, unless otherwise required by law.

17) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Wealth Nation harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights.

18) Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or pose risk to the community.

19) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes should first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting support@wealthnation.ng. If unresolved, disputes may be handled in courts located in Abuja, Nigeria, unless otherwise required by law.

20) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
